Information:

Once a Sacramento Municipal Utilities District (SMUD) easement, this irregular shaped site consists of 14.18 acres of meandering wooded natural area. The north branch of Arcade Creek runs through the center of the property. Tempo Park, owned by Sunrise Recreation and Park District, is located across the street from the main entrance to Sundance Park on Fair Oaks Blvd.
